Slow Food Alameda Summer Potluck and Picnic

E-mail
Sunday, June 29, 2008 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Lincoln Park: 1450 High Street, Alameda, CA
Please join us for a potluck and picnic in celebration of summer and slow foods!
We will hold our first summer potluck at Lincoln Park in Alameda where there are picnic tables, bbq's and plenty of grass for frisbee. Kids are more than welcome; there is a great playground near the picnic area! Non-members are welcome too.
The more the merrier !

This is a pot luck. Please indicate what type of dish you will bring to share. Remember, our Slow Food philosophy emphasizes "good, clean and fair" food. Please keep these values in mind and be prepared to brag about your creation!

Please bring your own plates, utensils, cups, napkins, etc.

We would love to have volunteers help us with setting up, recycling and cleaning up. Please plan to arrive early or stick around after the fun if you can lend a helping hand. Many hands make light work. Thank you!

Please note - by City Ordinance, *no alcohol* is allowed in city parks.

RSVP here.

Slowly yours,
Slow Food Alameda Board of Directors
